Michael K. Effah, 31, of Bridgeport, was charged with illegal use of a payment card, receipt from use of an illegal credit card, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Ronald M. Robison, 54, of Westbrook, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Oct. 8
Jalil Cox, 31, of Hamden, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a standing criminal protective order.
Oct. 9
Carl Roland Benson, 42, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
Jake F. Judd, 20, of Branford, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct.
Oct. 11
Marco Hidalgo, 34, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Richard Sergio Marin-Lopez, 34, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Oct. 12
Teisha M. Chiaraluce, 30, of Branford, was charged with simple trespass.
