Jessica Lynn Petrino, 30, of Branford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Sept. 13
Sheila Kolodnicki, 68, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court, and second-degree failure to appear in court.
Sept. 15
Rafael L. Boria, 38, of Branford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery, interfering with an officer, first-degree failure to appear in court, and second-degree failure to appear in court.
Zachary W. Clark, 39, of Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Tahj Anthony Sutherland, 21, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Sept. 17
Jean Marie Hoffman, 64, of Branford, was charged with evading responsibility with injury/property damage.
Sept. 18
Troy D. Owens, 34, of Branford, was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.
