Elimelech Contreras, 56, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.

Sept. 21

Dewayne Dickson, 28, of Saint Louis, MO, was charged with first-degree larceny.

Sept. 22

Georgette C. Wood, 69, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sept. 23

Amanda Marie Boccamaiello, 31, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sept. 25

Donald Charbonneau, 51, of West Haven, was charged with first-degree stalking violating a court order, violation of a protective order, and second-degree harassment.

Steven Proto, 43, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
