Marie Dowd, 55, of Pennsylvania is charged with first-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, and criminal attempt at first-degree larceny.

Kenneth Posavetz, 65, of Florence Road is charged with second-degree stalking and second-degree breach of peace.

Stephanie P. Schilling, 64, of State Street in Guilford is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Joevany Oliveras, 25, of Estelle Road in East Haven is charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

Milton Sibre-Gallardo, 31, of Monticello Drive is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and third-degree strangulation.
