Matthew J. Doron, 33, of Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Emma Morgan Klein, 31, of Shelton, was charged with first-degree failure to appear.

Sept. 9

Dominik Dennis Silvestri, 28, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.

Sept. 11

Jewan Soorgalal, 49, of Brooklyn, was charged with second-degree assault/elderly victim, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault.

Sept. 12

Robert M. Excovar, 66, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Sept. 13

Chelsea Katherine Quagliano, 25, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sept. 14

Benjamin Zechariah Chris Vogt, 48, of Branford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.
