Robert M. Excovar, 66, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Chelsea Katherine Quagliano, 25, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Sept. 14
Benjamin Zechariah Chris Vogt, 48, of Branford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.
