Branford Resident Stickers Available At The Tax Collector’s Office

Valid for two years, the new $5 stickers (per vehicle) provide resident access to the Transfer Station and Parker Memorial Park.

BRANFORD, CT —New resident stickers for access to the Transfer Station and Parker Memorial Park are now available for purchase at the Tax Collector’s Office. The new stickers are valid for two years.

To obtain the sticker in person: Please bring your valid driver’s license and your motor vehicle registration showing your Branford address and cash, check or money order in the amount of $5 per vehicle to the Tax Collector’s Office, 1019 Main St., Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

To obtain a sticker by mail: Please mail a copy of your license, motor vehicle registration and check or money order payable to the Tax Collector, Town of Branford in the amount of $5.00 to P.O. Box 136, Branford, CT 06405 and the sticker will be mailed to you. If you are 65 or over, please just send registration and copy of your license for one sticker free of charge per household.

Stickers will only be issued if all taxes are current.

For new residents moving from within Connecticut, the Department of Motor Vehicles Requires you to submit a change of address within 48 hours, and that must be done before a Branford resident sticker is issued. A current utility bill showing your Branford address will also need to be provided.

Stickers are free of charge for residents 65 years of age or older (limited to one per household) and for Branford volunteer firefighters.
