Branford Woman Charged With DUI After Accident: Milford Police

Police the motor vehicle hit a telephone pole.

MILFORD, CT — A Branford woman is accused of driving while under the influence in Milford at the time of a motor vehicle accident, police said. On Sept. 27, Milford police arrested Kerin Fryer, 43, of Howard Avenue on a warrant, police said.

Fryer is accused of driving her vehicle under the influence of alcohol on May 22 when officers responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on New Haven Avenue near Old Gate Lane in which Fryer was the driver of the vehicle that had struck a telephone pole, police said.

She is charged with DUI, failure to drive right, and for not having any insurance. She was given a court date of Oct. 24.
