Branford Youth Football Raising Money for New Football Uniforms

Brent Snider is trying to raise enough money so that 160 young Branford athletes can finally afford new football uniforms.

They’ve set a fundraising goal of $15,500 and have raised $1,090 in just two days as part of GoFundMe campaign called “Project Refresh.”

According to the GoFundMe, “Branford Youth Football (BYF) is a non-profit organization that supports 150-200 young athletes each season. We don’t receive any public funding and participation fees from each athlete is our primary source of revenue.

Numerous volunteers donate countless hours each year to help coach and guide our young aspiring athletes to perform their best on and off the field each week. They’re not paid for what they do, but proud to be part of the rich history of Branford Youth Football and what our program has accomplished over the years for each young athlete who steps on the field.”

We are excited about the future which is to update our home and away uniforms for this coming season. Did you know it has been over 10 years since Branford Youth Football updated their uniforms?

We are reaching out to our friends and family of BYF to ask for help in raising the funds we need to purchase these new uniforms by March. Every bit helps so any amount that you can give will help us reach our goal.

We will NEVER turn down a child that wants to participate in football. This year more than ever we need your help. We had 10+ families that registered under this program in 2015. Sponsors/Donators are essential to the survival of our program.
