Branford's Elks Lodge Soccer Shoot Out This Weekend

From Branford Recreation: The Branford Elks Lodge has announced its date for the Soccer Shoot out as Saturday, September 9th. This single day event is an accuracy skilled activity where children will be broken down into various age groups (ages 4 to 13) and kick into different sized nets. Winners will advance to the districts and move up to the state, regional, and national contests depending on previous performances. Branford boys and girls will report to Hammer Field at 11:00 a.m. to participate in the “Shoot-Out” challenge.

Pre-registration is not required but suggested at the Recreation Department. Awards and refreshments will be provided by the Elks at the Recreation Department immediately following the event.
