Brush Chipping Underway Tuesday Through Next Monday At Branford Transfer Station

The public works department noted that when brush chipping is completed, mulch will be available to residents for free while supplies last.

BRANFORD, CT—Brush chipping is expected to begin Tuesday through Monday, June 29, the town's public works department announced.

"In adherence to safety protocols, no one is allowed to enter the back of the property while the machine is running," the department noted on Facebook.

"Therefore, we cannot accept leaves or brush drop-offs during this time," officials said.
