Car Stolen from Pizza Delivery Man in Branford

BRANFORD, CT - Police have a message to pizza delivery men in town - don't leave you car running while getting pizza. It may not be there when you get back.

That's what happened to a pizza delivery man working for Pepe and Rose recently, according to Police Chief Kevin Halloran, who told the story at a recent Board of Police Commissioners meeting.

"The pizza delivery men left his car running while he went inside Pepe and Rose's to get more pizzas to deliver," said Halloran.

"When he came back out," the chief said, " the car was gone."
