CT Hospice Lights of Love 2021 A Bright Way to Honor Loved Ones
Supported by Rotary Club of Branford and Cornerstone Medical Equipment, one can sponsor a living tree, buy lights strands or bid in auction.

BRANFORD, CT —For the second season, Connecticut Hospice, Inc. is holding its holiday fundraiser, “Lights of Love.” With support from community event sponsors the Rotary Club of Branford, and Cornerstone Medical Equipment, “Lights of Love” provides three ways to participate so that everyone can get involved and share in the joy.
- Sponsor A Live Tree. A limited number of live holiday trees are available to sponsor for $250 each. These trees line the outside circle of Connecticut Hospice’s entrance for the entire holiday season, providing a safe, festive, and brightly lit holiday event.
- Purchase Lights in Memory or Honor of. Strands of white lights decorate the live trees creating a holiday wonderland for CT Hospice families, visitors, and the public to enjoy. Lights may be purchased in honor of, or in memory of, a loved one or just to share the joy of the season for $25 per strand.
- Participate in the Virtual Silent Auction. Now through Sunday, December 12th @ 5:00 pm, you can bid on your favorite decorated holiday tree on-line. Pictures of all trees, along with descriptions are up and ready to accept bids at: http://go.eventgroovefundraising.com/lightsoflovetrees2021. Many of the trees are not just for the holidays and make great, unique gifts.
“Connecticut Hospice is so grateful to be able to provide the opportunity to staff members, patients and families, and the community, to remember and/or honor those special to us during the holiday season,” CT Hospice CEO Barbara Pearce said.
