BRANFORD, CT — Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter workers are hoping to locate the owner of a gray male cat that was hit by a car on Sybil Avenue in Branford late Tuesday morning.

It suffered a broken pelvis and is being treated by a veterinarian.

Anyone with information about the cat, its owner or where it might live is asked to call 203-315-4125.
