Drug Dealer Texts Branford Cop About Making Drug Buy, Gets Arrested: Police
We can assume the accused drug dealer texted the wrong number that is for certain.

BRANFORD, CT – Note to drug dealers: be careful who you are texting.
Police Chief Kevin Halloran, at the most recent Board of Police Commissioners meeting, shared a story about Sgt. Stanley Konesky recently receiving a text message on his phone about making a drug buy.

Halloran told the commissioners that Konesky played along – and texted the person back – that he’d meet him in the Richlin’s parking lot to complete the sale.
The chief said that Konesky met the texter – and promptly arrested him for possession of marijuana.

Halloran jokingly told the commissioners that he was giving the texter his “Darwin award of the month’’ for texting Konesky.
