East Shore District Health Department Relocates, Signs Lease Agreement

BRANFORD, CT — Kristin T. Geenty, SIOR, President of The Geenty Group, Realtors, Branford CT, and Parish Farms Partners, of Branford, CT, announced two leases totaling 10,000 square feet at 688 East Main Street, Branford, CT.

The East Shore District Health Department leased a 5,000 SF, 11-room suite of offices for its headquarters, training and clinics, while Endocrine Associates of Connecticut, LLC leased 5,000 SF of space which will be built out as a first-class medical office.

The East Shore District Health Department was previously located in the Branford Business Park. This move allowed the Department to increase the size of its offices to better serve the public. Endocrine Associates of Connecticut are also in an expansion mode. The practice currently employs 14 staff and doctors and is expanding into this 5,000 SF office space which it will fit up to modern medical space and lease for ten years.
