East Shore District Health's Mobile Health Clinic Visiting Towns Through April With Overdose Prevention Help
ESDHD is committed to helping "reduce harm and save lives" in Branford, East Haven, North Branford, Guilford and Madison.

BRANFORD, CT — Noting its goals include "reducing harm, saving lives and supporting our communities," the East Shore Health District Mobile Health Clinic, is making stops throughout April in Branford, East Haven, North Branford, Guilford, and Madison.
With a Registered Nurse and Overdose Prevention Navigator aboard, the clinic is offering free overdose prevention supplies, including Narcan, fentanyl, and xylazine test strips, plus sexual-health and hygiene supplies.
In a news release, the health department noted that its staff "provide confidential, judgment-free referrals and resources for substance use disorder, mental health, and medical concerns."
