Physician during the week and Jazz Guitarist during the weekend, Joe Cardinale has always had a passion for jazz. Over the past several years Cardinale has played at a number of local venues including Café 9 and Whitfield’s and Ayuthai restaurants in Guilford, CT where he has started a very successful jazz series at which local and national jazz talent rotates through every Sunday evening.
For the Branford Jazz on the Green Series, Cardinale will be joined by some of Connecticut’s most renowned musicians including Donn Trenner (piano), Arti Dixson (percussion), Dave Deddario(bass), Kenny Palmeri (drums), and Elise Cardinale (Joe's daughter) on vocals.
