Initially, Cosgrove said, Medlyn Farms will be the only farm to be operating on the Green. He said Medlyn will be selling “eggs and some fresh produce.”

Cosgrove said the idea is to “promote Branford farms” and that if other Branford farms wanted to join in the program that they would be welcome.

The first selectman said the Branford Garden Club may also sponsor some occasional flower sales on the Tuesday night events.
