Fire, Police Officials: Sign Up For New Emergency Alert
Branford is now a member of CT-Alert. Police and fire officials suggest residents sign-up

BRANFORD, CT — The town is now a member of Connecticut's Emergency Alerting and Notification System, called CT-Alert.
If residents were familiar with the former website, they may have perhaps signed up for alerts via a system called B-Informed. Both CT-Alert and the former B-Informed system are powered and managed by Everbridge. For those who were signed up to B-Informed, they must now sign up with CT-Alert to update your information and receive alerts and notifications.
There are two ways to register for CT-Alert: Text your Zip Code to 888-777 or sign up online here.
