Former Friendly's Building in Branford Will Have a New Use Soon

The former Friendly’s building on Leetes Island Road, which has been vacant for three years, will have a new tenant within a few months, reports the Branford Seven.

A new diner, possibly a 24-hour full-service facility, will be opened by Edgar Ortiz, who owns LaLuna, a popular Branford restaurant, reports the Seven.

It’s also possible, a drive-thru McDonald’s may come to the area as well at some point in the future.
