Gentle Flow Yoga: Grow your yoga practice
Continue to build upon your yoga skills in this Vinyasa style practice. Breath work linked with intention and postures allow you to tone and tighten the entire body, improve flexibility, enhance balance and build core strength. The art of sequencing with emphasis on anatomy and alignment will be a central theme of this class. Vinyasa yoga is a mind and body experience that improves health, physical prowess and mental acuity! Class is suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
