Halloween Fun: Pottery Painting to Cookie Making At Parks & Rec
The Branford Parks and Recreation Department has a number of Halloween-themed activities planned for families to do together.
BRANFORD, CT — Autumn is awesome, no doubt. But one without fail fall holiday, Halloween, is a family favorite.
In Branford, there's no shortage of Halloween-themed events for all ages to enjoy, courtesy of the town's park and rec department.
On Friday, Oct. 8, from 6 to 8 p.m., it's Family Halloween Pottery Night.

"Join the Fired Up staff for a family night painting of a Halloween themed piece," parks says, at the Joe Trapasso Community House. The fee is $25 per person.
And, for anytime in October, families can enjoy Halloween Cookie Decorating at home with Sweets on Main's decorating kits which include cookies, icing, sprinkles and instructions. The $25 kits may be picked up at the Parks and Recreation office.
