Hit-and-Run Accident Sends 2 People to the Hospital: Branford Fire
BREAKING: The Fire Department had to deploy the "Jaws of Life" to rescue the two victims.

BRANFORD, CT — A scary accident scene in Branford just before midnight. The Fire Department says firefighters used the "Jaws of Life" hydraulic rescue tool to free the driver of a vehicle following a two car accident on Main Street just before midnight.
The driver and a passenger were treated and transported by Branford Fire Department Paramedics to Yale New Haven Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The other vehicle fled the scene, Branford Police are investigating, the Fire Department said.
