House Fire Extinguished In Branford: Fire Officials

BRANFORD, CT — The Branford Fire Department extinguished a bedroom fire early Saturday. The Fire Department responded to 20 Circle Drive at 6 a.m. for a reported fire in the bedroom.

Firefighters found a minor fire with a moderate smoke condition and evacuated two men and a dog from the home. The occupant of the bedroom was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital for evaluation, while the other occupant and his dog were not injured.
