The presenters will be Dr. Jennifer Marlon, coauthor of the Yale studies, and Kate Novick, Managing Partner of Gradient Planning. East Haven State Representative James Albis, Chairman of the Environment Committee and Chair of the Speaker’s Task force on Shoreline Preservation, will moderate. Officials from our shoreline towns’ Offices of Emergency Management will join the panel discussion.
