Lauren Freedman Named to Prestigious Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30 List
Lauren Freedman, who is affiliated with the Coldwell Banker office in Branford, was named to the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has announced that Lauren Freedman, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Branford, Conn., was named to the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30. This prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among the 86,000 Coldwell Banker professionals working in 43 countries around the world. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and later Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.
Freedman was honored for her achievements and charitable efforts. She was chosen from a list of highly qualified nominees from Coldwell Banker offices throughout the world. The Coldwell Banker organization will honor Freedman at its international Generation Blue Experience in Chicago, Ill. on September 16-18.

Earlier this year, Freedman was recognized with the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Circle award, a distinguished honor presented to the top 6 percent of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker® system.
Freedman is an active member of the local community through her support of the Goodwill Foundation, Trees of Hope and local animal shelters, as well as her involvement with the Heather Diane Caraglio-Balcerzak Scholarship Fund. She was also named one of New Haven’s Finest by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and is involved in the organization’s fundraising campaign. Freedman is also a member of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Foundation, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where she donates a portion of each commission check at home closing.
