LOCAL GLASS BLOWING ARTIST CELEBRATES 40thANNIVERSARY

Branford, CT -- Master Artist and Glass Blower Ray Mathews is hosting an open house event at his studio in Branford Connecticut December 15th to celebrate 40 years in business. The event will take place in River Run Plaza, 59 School Ground Rd Unit 13, Branford, Connecticut from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

Ray Mathews, Jr. is a master glass artist who creates distinctive glass pieces including paperweights, glass bowls, perfume bottles, drinking glasses, and more. Mathews specializes in lighting, creating custom pieces for customers who are looking for one-of-a-kind items for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and holiday gifts. Mathews also offers a full line of functional glass putters for golfers, tournament prizes and corporate gift planners.

Guests will be offered complimentary wine and Hors d’oeuvres and will have a chance to purchase hand blown and custom crafted gifts at discounts of $20% off items total order of $50 or more. Mathews will also be offering discounts off of glass blowing classes (series of classes only) and glass putters.

Customers can participate in glass blowing workshops, individually tailored toward the skills of each attendee. Mathews opens the studio for parties and group workshops where customers can host parties and offer their guests a unique glass blowing experience with owner and artist Ray Mathews.
