Man Hits Ex-Girlfriend, Friend With Car In Branford: Report
One victim suffered serious injuries as a result of being struck by the car, police said.

BRANFORD, CT — Matthew Trammel, 24 of Branford is accused of striking his ex-girlfriend and her male friend with his car late Monday near East Main Street, according to news reports including WTNH News 8.
Police took the suspect into custody and Trammel is charged with two counts of assault, reckless driving and evading responsibility. The male victim suffered serious injuries, according to media reports. Both victims were hospitalized.
The incident occurred at 211 East Main Street, Riverview Crossing, the Connecticut Post reports.
