Have you  ever had the experience of having and employee just not “get it”? One who constantly under-performs or who simply is challenged completing work correctly? Learn techniques that will enable you, as a manager, to continually hold these individuals accountable for their day to day work and performance.  Presented by Jim Rochford of Rochford Coach, this presentation will allow for a round table discussion of “tried and true” ideas from various managers.
