Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Branford Signs 10-Year Lease Agreement

BRANFORD, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, recently announced that Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and a Commercial Associate has represented the landlord, 2DOGS, LLC, in a ten year lease agreement for 3,748 SQFT at 471 East Main Street, Branford. Bluepoint Wellness, which opened the town's medical marijuana dispensary in 2014 at 469 East Main St. received approval last year to move across the street to a new expanded facility, the Branford Eagle reports.

The new address includes the entire first floor of the now empty Sovereign/Santander Bank, the Eagle reports. When the current facility opened it treated 400 patients and that has swelled to 2,500 patients.
