Debbie’s Daily Dose of Food for Thought

Jim Trelease has been spreading the word about the importance of reading to children since 1979 when his first edition of The Read-Aloud Handbook was published. It is now being used by parents and educators around the world. He stresses, "The more you read, the better you get, the better you get, the more you like it; and the more you like it, the more you do it."
