BRANFORD--A new tech device is helping one Branford woman to see again.
The miniature telescope is improving Rosalie Cappetta's vision. Thanks to the 4.4 millimeter implant, the 72-year-old with macular degeneration, can perform daily tasks with her improved vision, The New Haven Register reports.
Dr. Mark Milner of the Eye Center of Southern Connecticut performed the surgery to implant the tiny device, according to The New Haven Register.
