North Branford Company Relocates to Branford

BRANFORD, CT- Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced Monday that Joel Galvin has successfully negotiated a 1,200 square-feet, three-year lease at 9 Business Park Drive, Unit 11.

Galvin represented both the tenant and the landlord, Bernabucci Real Estate, Inc., an LLC which owns and manages real estate properties.

The tenant is Tru-Spec Metals, Inc., which recently relocated from North Branford, and will use the new space as the Connecticut satellite office of its Illinois-based parent company.

Tru-Spec Metals is a leader in the distribution of CHQ (cold heating quality) wire to diverse markets for the manufacturing of fasteners and other similar products.
