Obituary: Ann Petrowski, 102, of Branford

Ann Petrowski of Branford passed away on Wednesday March 16, 2022. She was the wife of the late Stanley Petrowski. She was the mother of Robert Petrowski (Joanna) of North Haven, Thomas Petrowski of Borne, Texas, and Stanley Petrowski (Lee) of Branford. She was the aunt of Catherine Szemansky, Paul Szemansky (Lyn), and Walter Russell. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Thomas, Zack, Andrew, and Alex Petrowski. Ann was born in New Haven on December 6, 1919. She was the daughter of Walter and Zenobia Kuszynski.

She was a beautician and hairdresser for many years.

Her family wishes to give a special thanks to Shannon, Dashay, Tess, and the rest of the staff at Branford Hills Health Care Center.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Mary Church of St. John Bosco Parish in Branford. She was laid to rest next to her husband Stanley at St. Agnes Cemetery in Branford.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
