Obituary: Bonnie Fucci, 71, of Branford

Bonnie Fucci of Branford, died Tuesday August 1, 2017 at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London. She was the beloved wife of Gabriel Fucci. Bonnie was born May 30, 1944 in Savannah, GA, the daughter of Bernadine Poulton of FL and the late Edwin Poulton.

She is survived by her children, Guy (Tammy) Fucci of Old Saybrook, Sherri (Michael) Rollinson and Michele Fucci, both of Branford; her grandchildren: Jared, Nicholas, Alex and Samantha, and her sister Jean Paul of Branford.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, as well as a reliable friend to many. Bonnie won the hearts of everyone she met. She was a sweet and selfless woman who had a smile and kind words for everyone. She was funny and often had a witty response even when you least expected it.

She joked to the very end. She loved to travel, cook and read, but what she loved the most was spending time with her family and friends.Friends are invited to a memorial visitation, Tuesday August 15, 2017 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM, with a service at 7:00, at the W.
