Obituary: Edith Watrous Fenn, 90, of Branford

Edith Watrous Fenn of Branford, age 90, died peacefully February 12th . She was the beloved wife of the late Walter Fenn and a lifelong resident of Branford. She is survived by her daughters, Robin Fenn (Marcel Martin) and Shelley Fenn (Mark Kaplan).

She was predeceased by her son Jeff. Edie spent most of her career as a legal secretary for Dumark and Lindsay in Branford until her retirement two years ago. She was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of New Haven.

Edie was a sweet, loving mother, sister and friend who always saw the positive in everyone and everything. Remembrances can be sent to First Baptist Church, 205 Edwards St, New Haven, 06511 Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral service Friday morning at 11:00 in the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford. Burial will follow in Branford Center Cemetery. Visitation prior to the funeral from 10:00 - 11:00.
