Obituary: Elizabeth Brierley, 63, of Branford

Elizabeth Brierley of Branford, died Sunday May 29, 2016 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Vernon H. Brierley, III.

Mrs. Brierley was born September 23, 1952 in New Haven, daughter of the late Gordon and Signe Cameron. Besides her mother she is survived by her sons, Vernon H, Brierley, IV, of Charlotte, NC, and Andrew Brierley of Branford; her sister, Phyllis Grignano, and her brothers, Scott and Gordon Cameron.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of her family. The W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the National Audubon Society, 613 Riversville Road, Greenwich, CT 06831.
