Obituary: Frank D'Amico of Branford

He was the owner and operator of Frank D'Amico Plumbing and Heating for 42 years.

Frank D'Amico of Branford died on Friday November 11 at Masonicare in Wallingford. He was the husband of the late Gloria Damberg D'Amico. He was the father of Scott D'Amico (Susan) and Frank D'Amico, both of Branford.

He is also survived by his sister Marie Nadassy of East Haven, and his grandchildren, Steven (Yasmeen), Danielle, and Michael D'Amico.

Frank was born in East Haven on August 5, 1926, a son of the late Dominick and Rose Piscitelli. He was a veteran of both the Army and the Air Force, serving in World War II. He was the owner and operator of Frank D'Amico Plumbing and Heating for 42 years.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at Tabor Lutheran Church of Branford.

Burial will be private. Friends may call Wednesday from 5-8 P.M. at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St. Branford.
