Obituary: Frank E. Yasevac, 93, of Branford
He became co-owner of the Eel Pot (Meadow Restaurant) and later worked for the town of Branford.

Frank E. Yasevac of Branford, born April 27, 1923 left this life on October 8, 2016. He was the son of the late Robert and Mary Yasevac.
Frank was a man of few words, but with those few words his family knew they were loved. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Joan Cudgma Yasevac, sons Joseph (Kathy) of Branford, Robert (Haley) of Naugatuck, and daughters Nancy and Robin of Branford. Frank was also the proud grandfather of Dan Yasevac, Emily Bishop and Ryan Yasevac. He also leaves behind loving in-laws, nieces and nephews, devoted friends and his cat Moo. He will be missed.Frank lived a full life.

He was a World War II veteran who served in Germany. Shortly after returning from the war he became co-owner of the Eel Pot (Meadow Restaurant) and later worked for the town of Branford. In his spare time Frank was an avid bowler and golfer, and was a devoted Yankees fan.
He was a homebody who loved his yard and spending time with his family. He will be in their hearts forever.

His family would like to thank his dialysis family at the Shoreline Dialysis Center, Branford Hills Health Care, and Dr. Harold Levy for the care they gave.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 11:00 at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St. Branford, with burial to follow at St. Agnes Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 5-7 P.M. Memorial donations may be made to the Shoreline Dialysis Center, 34 East Industrial Road, Branford, CT 06405.
