Obituary: ​Lillian R. Santagata, 88, of Stony Creek

Lillian R. Santagata of Stony Creek died Monday at her home. She was the beloved and devoted wife of Jerry Santagata for the past 68 years. Lillian was born October 6, 1928 in New Haven, daughter of the late Bruno and Mary Kacenski.

Besides her husband, Lillian is survived by her children, Jerry (Enza) Santagata of Ivoryton, Daniel (Kim) Santagata of Stony Creek, and Linda (Michael) Tom of Greenwich; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was greatly loved and will be missed by her family.

Funeral from the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford, Friday morning at 9:30 for a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Therese Church at 10:00. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery, Branford. Friends may call prior to the funeral form 8:30 – 9:30 AM.
