Obituary: Linell A. Tombari, 67, of Branford

Linell A. Tombari, formerly of Branford, died on Wednesday April 13 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was the wife of the late Richard Tombari.
She was the mother of Shannon Denison (husband Sean) of Branford and Chad Cramer of Branford. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Juliana and Kaelyn Denison. Linell was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on August 18, 1948, a daughter of the late V.O. Duncan and Eva Gibbs Duncan.

She was a Registered Nurse for more than 40 years, many of those years working for the Visiting Nurses Association of South Central CT.
She had resided in Branford since 1980, before moving back to Oklahoma after retiring last year. Linell was admired and well respected by all, for her generous and loving nature towards her patients, family, and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:30 at St. Mary Church in Branford. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery in Branford. Friends may call Friday from 4-7 P.M. at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St. Branford. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
