Obituary: Margaret (Brady) Quinn, 75, of Branford

A Wilbur Cross High School grad, she met and married the "love of her life" Thomas Quinn, and worked at the Southern New England Telephone.

Margaret (Brady) Quinn 75 of Branford passed away December 14, 2021 at Waterbury Hospital. She was born September 30, 1946 in New Haven to James and Margaret (Miller) Brady. Margaret is survived by her son, Joseph Quinn (Karen) of Cheshire and a grandson, Thomas Quinn. She is also survived by her sister, Florine Thompson (C.Harvey) of Florida and nephews/niece, Neil Rea Jr. of East Haven, Christopher Rea of New Haven and Michelle DeAngelo (John) of East Haven. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Thomas Quinn (2018).

Margaret graduated from Wilbur Cross High School in New Haven and worked at the Southern New England Telephone (SNET) Company. Following graduation she met and married the love of her life, Thomas Quinn. Margaret and Thomas were married for 45 years. Margaret was a parishioner of St. Francis Church and enjoyed spending time with her family and grandson, Thomas “Tommy” Quinn.

Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in St. Francis Catholic Church, 397 Ferry Street, New Haven with Committal to follow at St. Agnes Cemetery in Branford. Funeral services are in the care of the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven.
