Obituary: Nancy Eckle Thim, 90, of Branford
Before becoming a beloved wife and mother, she was a bank teller and secretary to the president of Dartmouth College.

Nancy Eckle Thim of Branford died Tuesday evening July 13, 2021 at Evergreen Woods Health Care Center. She was the beloved wife of the late John Thim.
Nancy was born in New Haven, December 29, 1930, daughter of the late August Henry and Agnes Eckle.
She had worked as a bank teller and also as the secretary to the President of Dartmouth College, before becoming a beloved wife and mother.
She raised her family in Bolton, MA and she and her husband had wintered for many years in Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL. Nancy was a wonderful, loving wife, mother and grandmother. Nancy is survived by her grandson, Colby Thim of Moosup, CT. She was predeceased by her children Peter and Polly Thim and her sister Jayne Mossberg.
