Obituary: ​Natalie Yerxa Walsh, 84, of Branford

Natalie Yerxa Walsh of Branford died on Monday August 14 at CT Hospice in Branford. She is survived by her longtime companion David Marsh of Branford, her step-sons Peter Marsh of Shelton and Daniel Marsh (Tina) of Newtown, and her step-grandchildren Ethan, Devin, and Ella Marsh. Natalie was born in Hamden on June 10, 1933, a daughter of Herbert and Lillian Yerxa.

She was a graduate of Hamden High School and Green Mountain College. She was a legal secretary for Attorney Donald Stevens in Branford. In addition to being a long time resident of Branford, she enjoyed her winters in Jensen Beach, FL. Natalie had a great sense of humor and always kept her family laughing. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She was an animal lover and enjoyed feeding the birds. A memorial gathering will take place on Sunday from 4-6 P.M. at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St. Branford.
