Obituary: Richard Nuzzo, Formerly Of Branford

Richard Nuzzo of Seattle, WA died peacefully on September 23, 2018. He was born in New Haven on November 25, 1963 the son of Nancy Sabbioni Nuzzo and the late Anthony Nuzzo, Jr. Richard was a property manager while in Seattle and was the former owner of Webster’s Restaurant and Common Grounds Coffee in Branford.

He loved to travel, was an avid skier and enjoyed photography. Besides his mother Nancy, he is survived by his daughter Alessandra Nuzzo and her boyfriend Nick Salatto, his brother Tony Nuzzo, his sister Sandy Sabbioni, his nephew Zane Fry, and his former wife Maureen Nuzzo.Visiting hours will be Saturday morning from 8:00- 9:30am in the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc. 11 Wooster Pl. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 129 Edwards St. New Haven at 10:00am.
