Rita Giglio DiChello, 91, of Branford passed away December 21, 2017 in the Branford Hills Health Care Center. Wife of the late Anthony S. DiChello. Beloved mother of Rosemarie Criscuolo and Lenore (Bruce) Cross all of East Haven and the late Pasquale DiChello. Loving grandmother of Lynette Brindisi, Donald Jr., Anthony, Shawn and James Jordan.

Also survived by 14 cherished great grandchildren. Rita was born in New Haven August 4, 1926 a daughter of the late Simone and Girolama Giglio. She was predeceased by siblings, Antoinette Recchia, Josephine Cerillo, Michael, Joseph, Anthony, Philip and Frank Giglio. Prior to her retirement Rita worked for the former Echlin Manufacturing Co. for many years.
