Robert Bradeen of Branford passed away on Friday February 11 at his home in Branford. He was the husband of the late Esther “Monica” Bradeen. He was the brother of Steve Bradeen of Branford, Deborah Rosa of Meriden, and Galene Nedjoika (husband Jeff) of Divide, Colorado. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Christine Bradeen of Milford. He was the loving uncle to Kory Downs of Salem, CT, Rachel Bradeen of Wallingford, CT, Nicholas and Ryan Bradeen of Milford, CT, and Victor and Emma Nedjoika of Divide, Colorado. He was predeceased by his brother Roy Bradeen and his brother-in-law Alan Rosa.
Robert was born in Bangor, Maine on October 23, 1951, a son of the late Rodney and Ada Philbrick Bradeen. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked as an automotive parts salesperson for Farricelli Oldsmobile in Branford. He also worked for McDermott Chevrolet in East Haven and retired in 2020 from Lee Partyka Chevrolet in Hamden.
Funeral services and burial will be private and will be held at the convenience of the family in the spring.
