Obituary: Robert C. Shanoff of Branford

Robert C. Shanoff of Branford died Sunday July 1, 2018 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Valerie Rogers Shanoff. Bob was born June 4, 1934 in New Haven, son of the late Francis and Lucille Shanoff. He worked as a quality control supervisor for many area manufacturing companies until his retirement.

Besides Valerie, Bob is survived by his brother Francis (Anita) Shanoff II of North Branford, and many nieces and nephews, including Francis Shanoff III. He was predeceased by his sister, Irene Ciaburro.Friends are invited to a memorial service Friday morning at 11:00 at the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford, and may visit prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00. Burial will be private.
