Obituary: Robyn Stasiak, 44

Robyn Stasiak, beloved mother, daughter, and sister passed away unexpectantly Friday, May 6. Robyn was born in New Haven on October 13, 1971. She attended the Morgan High School and the University of Connecticut.

For several years Robyn worked alongside her aunt and uncle at the North Light Gallery and Framing in Branford.

Robyn was a warm and caring person who lit up the room with her wonderful smile and gregarious laughter. Robyn was very creative and artistic, gave her all whether it was studying, playing clarinet or field hockey, and was always ready to lend a helping hand to others. While Robyn left innumerous warm and wonderful memories that will be forever treasured, her greatest gift is her beautiful daughter Jolee.

Robyn is survived by her cherished daughter, Jolee Fernandez, mother Regina of Branford; sister Shirlee Bochanis, brother-in-law Dean, her beloved nieces and nephew Adara, Alana and Demetrios, Natalie and Alex of Westbrook, CT; brother Paul Stasiak, sister-in-law Malaika, niece Charlotte, great niece Ava of Apopka, Florida.

She is also survived by her uncle Fred Sorrentino and aunt Rae of Branford; aunt Lynda Scanlon and uncle John of Branford; uncle Keith Sorrentino and aunt Tracy of Northford CT and nieces and nephews Vincent, Bryan, Lindsey, Carly and Liam; numerous other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Robyn was predeceased by her father Paul Stasiak Sr.

Calling hours are Wednesday, May 11th, from 4:00 to 7:00, with a service at 7:00 PM at the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St, Branford. Burial will be private.
