She graduated from Branford High School in 2002 where she was a scholar-athlete playing soccer and lacrosse.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sarah E. (Graham) Addy of Wallingford and Stony Creek. She was the beloved wife of David Addy.
She was born in New Haven September 25, 1984 to Robert & Deborah Graham and leaves behind her brother Kevin Graham (Bailey Pedersen) of Chicago, Grandmother Kathryn Platt, and Grandpa Addy, father-in-law Richard Addy (Elizabeth), mother-in law Janet (Mark) Matthews, brother-in laws Peter Addy and Jeffrey Mauricio and her crazy cat Cody; Her cousins Jacqueline, George (Ashley) and baby Geo Platt, Katie (Sean) Smith, Andrew and Belinda Platt, Jen, Miranda, Michael and Jared Platt, Michael-Peter, Christopher (Holly), Jackson and Carter D'Agostino of Pennsylvania.

She loved her "Creeker" friends both young and old. She graduated from Branford High School in 2002 where she was a scholar-athlete playing soccer and lacrosse. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Michael's College earning a BA degree. We will miss her caring and generous nature.
She had a passion for baking, a love of music numerous arts and crafts. Her particular liking was painting . . . especially the rock at the end of her driveway that displayed her happy inner child for all to see. You could always see and feel here vibrant spirit and loving soul through her beautiful green eyes.

She and David enjoyed their married life together life together. They shared a love of nature and the ocean. They hiked and biked together and their vacations always included the ocean.
Friends may call Friday evening from 4 – 7, with a memorial service at 7 PM at the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford. Donations can be made in her honor to the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter and The Compassion Club.
